Developed a real-time warehouse packing system to optimise order fulfilment workflows, integrating multiple hardware components and backend services.

Integrated barcode scanners (USB/serial input) for order and item validation, ensuring correct product selection before shipment. Connected to an overhead IP camera and CCTV system to capture packing images and video for audit and verification purposes.

Built automated label generation using HTML templates → PDF (PuppeteerSharp) and printed via industrial label printers (using PdfiumViewer and custom print sizing).

Implemented backend services using ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework, handling product lookups, order validation, and batch processing.

Optimised performance by reducing print and processing latency, and ensured system reliability in a live warehouse environment handling continuous order throughput.
